Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with CommEM. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

1. Free Trial

CommEM offers a free tier with access to 3 core modules. We encourage you to try these before subscribing to ensure CommEM meets your needs.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your CommEM account
  • Go to Subscription Settings
  • Click "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

Effect of cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of first payment if you haven't used the premium features extensively
  • After 7 days, we recommend cancelling to avoid future charges

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 14 days

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@commem.co.uk
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
