We want you to be completely satisfied with CommEM. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
1. Free Trial
CommEM offers a free tier with access to 3 core modules. We encourage you to try these before subscribing to ensure CommEM meets your needs.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your CommEM account
- Go to Subscription Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
Effect of cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 7 days of first payment if you haven't used the premium features extensively
- After 7 days, we recommend cancelling to avoid future charges
Annual Subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Pro-rata refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 14 days
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@commem.co.uk
- Include your registered email address
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated refund requests from the same user
