CommEM provides medical communication frameworks and educational materials for healthcare professionals. The service includes access to communication scripts, OSCE preparation materials, and learning resources.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: CommEM is a communication support and educational tool only. It is NOT clinical decision support software.

  • All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional
  • Content is for educational and reference purposes only
  • Always follow your institution's guidelines and protocols
  • CommEM does not provide medical advice or diagnoses
  • Users must verify all information before clinical application

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refunds Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CommEM, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CommEM and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CommEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
